As a result, and with deep disappointment for our colleagues, customers, suppliers and friends, the owner and directors of Westfield Chesil Limited have had no choice but to place the company into liquidation. WSM Marks Bloom LLP licensed insolvency practitioners have being instructed to deal with the process of putting the company into liquidation. Whilst the business will cease with immediate effect, there is still a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic buyer to acquire the trade and assets of the company and continue its journey back to the powerhouse it once was, in the facility and with the team that has been built in Bicester. |

Speriamo almeno che qualcuno compri gli stampi per la vetroresina e le dime per telai e sospensioni, almeno i pezzi di ricambi potranno essere prodotti in futuro. Per quanto riguarda l'azienda in questi casi le speranze sono quasi zero  dopo un salvataggio fallito difficile che qualcun altro ci ri-rimetta dei soldi. |

C'e' Siltech Racing che ha stampi e dime per qualsiasi pezzo, tant'e' che ormai si rivolgono tutti a loro anche in UK. Ma e' una piccola realta' padre/figlio, e sono sempre oberati di lavoro. Di sicuro Westfield e' destinata a fallire di nuovo, spero solo che qualche azienda gia' ben affermata come MK o GBS riesca a rilevare tutto il necessario per continuare a produrre almeno i ricambi. |

Sembra che qualcuno abbia rilevato il marchio... Citazione:Great news. We’ve learned today that the Westfield Cars business previously part of Westfield Chesil Ltd business (now in administration) has been purchased.
Tipo, Chesil and GTM are not linked to this purchase.
At the request of the new owners, we are unable to share further details at this stage, as they wish to make their own announcements directly and simultaneously to both their intended markets, suppliers and the WSCC.
It is hoped that more news could be shared Tuesday onwards. You will appreciate they have much to do! The new owner is already amongst us and will share more soon.
Understandably they do not wish to receive direct messages at this time while work begins on establishing this new business into their existing businesses.
From our conversations so far, this is a very exciting development and the business operations already in place are extremely impressive and something you will want to be apart of.
We look forward to sharing more information very soon.
